Project Overview

The proposed design for 47 Earlsdon Street delivers a sensitive, high-quality intervention that responds thoughtfully to the historic and architectural context of the Earlsdon Conservation Area. Each element of the scheme—including the relocation of the shop entrance, replacement of the shopfront, installation of fascia, signage, roller shutter, folding canopy, and external wall art painting—has been carefully considered to enhance functionality, accessibility, and visual appeal while maintaining compliance with the Design Guidance for Shopfronts in Conservation Areas SPD.
