Each element of the scheme—including the relocation of the shop entrance, replacement of the shopfront, installation of fascia, signage, roller shutter, folding canopy, and external wall art painting—has been carefully considered to enhance functionality, accessibility, and visual appeal while maintaining compliance with the Design Guidance for Shopfronts in Conservation Areas SPD.
